Happy Mother's Day to Mummy

This is my favourite pic of my mum and me.

It captured everything about our relationship. Not only did she took care of my needs, she sheltered me from every storms. She stood quietly behind me all these years, so she can have my back each time.

It wasn't easy raising 6 children. She had to work multiple jobs to provide for us. She would leave the house by 530am for work, even on weekends....

Growing up, I remember her being tired always. Every night, her body would ache, so she would fall asleep with pain relief plasters all over her back & legs.

Yet not once did I ever hear her complain. She took everything in her stride, bite the bullets and pressed on, because of her unconditional love for us.

I would never have known the life I'm living today, if not for her love and sacrifices.

I love you mummy. Miss you too.

The live band that starts at 630pm was good, and the light show at 8pm reminded me of the ones I saw at Universal Studios Sentosa. There are some lovely spots scattered around the compound that are so insta-friendly for the insta-lovers. Wha...
